A scenic journey through the Pocono Mountains will take us to New Jersey where we meet the Atlantic Ocean. Due to the warmer currents of the Gulf Stream you will find the climate in Atlantic City more moderate than at home.
As night falls we approach Atlantic City and the bright lights of more than a dozen glittering casinos seem to serve as a welcoming beacon.
Home for the next 3 nights will be at the Tropicana Casino Hotel, situated on the boardwalk and within easy walking distance of several other casinos. Among the thousands of gaming machines and gaming tables, other features include indoor and outdoor pools, bars, restaurants, showrooms, boutiques, novelty stores and an Imax Theatre. The Tropicana Hotel is like a small village. You don't have to venture outdoors if you choose not to, but if you do, you will enjoy the ocean breezes and perhaps a daily stroll along the boardwalk that stretches for miles.
Arriving at our destination by early evening you can enjoy the above amenities.
Optional shopping excursions will be offered to a local mall and to Wal Mart at no additional cost.
